School, Alan, Possibly Moving, Fraternity, Time, Work

As you can tell, there are a lot of things going on right now. Alan just got back from New York this morning EARLY. I missed him so much. I would have LOVED to have been there at the airport to give him and his family a ride home, but I know that wasn't possible. His family can't know we're together yet. It's just not the time. Georgia; my step mother, really likes him. She says "He's a very nice young man with a good heart and I know he'll treat you right". I could have hugged her forever for saying that.

School starts a week from tomorrow. I have to admit I am totally happy about it. I have been practicing my cello every other night and am getting pretty good at the audition music. It's something I have played before. I just have to make sure I warm up before I audition. This is my last year of school. I am so happy. I never thought I would have lived to see the end, but I have. I also have to get ready for my senior recital. I pick up another new piece this year to play. I am wondering what he will have me play.

Jessica and I will be moving into a house across town. We are thrilled because it is a HOUSE; finally a place to come home to! Not that we don't have that now, but a place of our own... it will be fantastic. Alan will be moving up here to live with us as well. I'm very happy about that. I can't wait for us to really be "a couple" living together, seeing one another on a daily basis. It will be something I've been waiting for; for a long time.

I got the A.C.P.R. position in my fraternity. I'll be traveling all over Arkansas to see all the chapters at some point. I'm worried about the time though. Work has me scheduled to work a LOT of hours every week.

I still work at First Security Bank in Springdale. It is a good job with nice people. I am looking forward in having the time to study every week, but also am wondering about the time work will be taking. I'll have to leave school everyday and drive to work Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It's only 11.5 hours but I'm hoping I can handle it. I know by the Grace of God I'll be able to take care of everything that needs to be finished each week. French will be a topic of discussion. I'm going to try to form a study group to where we can actually get together and go over class materials, homework, tests, etc. It will be a groovy time I'm sure.
